DUST MITES CLEANING STEPS
01. PREPARE
Clear workspace, move equipment into the area, and arrange equipment for convenience in performing tasks.
02. CLEAN
Clean the mattress and sofa with a dust mite eliminator machine, which features a Power Nozzle System utilizing a rotating brush system along with a vibrating motor to eliminate dust mites, debris, dead skin cells, and various pathogens deeply embedded in the mattress and sofas. The machine will use water as a filter to trap debris, dust mites, and allergens, preventing them from dispersing, and will filter the air with an additional layer of HEPA Filter.
03. RECHECK
Clean again until you are confident that all dust mite carcasses, dust mite feces, and skin flakes have been thoroughly vacuumed out, making the mattress cleaner.

The mattress mite suction service covers cleaning on all four sides (front, back, and two side edges), repeating the suction until all dirt is thoroughly cleaned.
For stains, the recommended service is x3Active washing, suitable for mattresses, chair cushions, sofas, and various upholstered furniture. While some stains may fade, complete restoration depends on the type and duration of the stain.
In the case of recent smells, the service may eliminate them. However, for long-standing stains, an additional ozone treatment service is recommended to help neutralize the odor.
The service does not accept furniture with fur materials.
For leather sofas, cleaning involves vacuuming and wiping with a solution specifically designed for leather products. Customers can inquire for more details from the staff.
